The details
We provide unique potion parties at your location for a minimum of 8, maximum 16 kids. We create an enchanting setup with low tables and all necessary potion play equipment to keep your little people enthrawled for your 1.5 hr session. We provide dress-ups related to each chosen theme. Our Enchanted Garden dress ups include fairy wings, flower crowns, and grass table runners with flower gartland. We provide custom invitations for an additional fee. Our parties are best suited for children aged 4-8, and include small parts not suitable for kids under 3. We are availible to book for Saturday and Sundays unless otherwise arranged. Parties availible from 9am-1:30pm We require approximately 1 hour of set-up time before your booked session commences, and a similar pack up time once session is over. (eg, set-up at 11am for a 12pm party. 1:30 party finishes; 2:30 leave location). We need access to a small amount of water for potion play and sink or garden for potion play disposal. All of our ingredients are eco and non-toxic. Outside is a more suitable option (if weather permits) for our set-ups, as kids can get messy. We do not supply shade umbrellas. We are happy to set-up inside in a suitable location. We provide mats to sit on however, these are not waterproof. Animals must be kept away from potion table for entire session.

Terms and Conditions
Parent/Carer's must accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the safety and supervision of your child/children whilst attending Potion Playground Potion Parties. Please DO NOT leave children unattended. All materials are prepared in the knowledge that they will be played with under constant parent/carer supervision. Our parties are designed for ages 4-8 and as such small items may be present. Please ensure you supervise your children closely. All products used are non-toxic, however they are NOT intended to be eaten. We DO NOT use any products containing; nuts, soy, dairy or eggs in our messy play activities. However some products used do have allergy labels warning the product "May Contain traces of" these allergens. Please advise us of any allergies at the time of booking or Contact Us to ensure our session is safe for your child. Small scratches or abraisions may be irritated by our potions. We advise rinsing with cold water if needed. Our potion play contains 'wet' materials which could cause the floor around them to become slippery. The nature of our business is MESSY Sensory play- We encourage you to dress your child and yourself in clothes that you do not mind getting messy, stained or dirty. Potion Playground accepts no responsibility for clothes or belongings that are stained, marked, or damaged. To ensure the activity area does not become overcrowded and capacity limits are adhered to - booking numbers must strictly be maintained. We ask that you and your guests please refrain from attending your event should your/their child or yourself have a contagious illness. Payment is required in full at the time of booking for a Potion Playground Potion Party. To cancel or reschedule, we ask that you contact us 48 hours before scheduled party. We do not offer refunds. Potion Playground will make every attempt to rechedule event if illness or unforseen circumstances occur. Potion Playground reserves the right to cancel a private booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event this happens; the booking contact will be contacted as soon as possible and a refund will be issued. If payments are not made in full at time of booking, your booking is not complete and may miss out on your required date and time. We will need access for a minimum 3.5 hours. Approximately 1 hour to set up (dependant of package), 1.5 hrs of play and 1 hour to pack up. Travel fee will be charged for locations further than 20kms past Drysdale 3222. By booking, you accept.
