SHIPPING POLICY
Potion Playground is located in VIC Australia and we currently ship to Australia; NZ; USA; and the United KIngdom. Shipping rates are based on standard Australia Post weight based rates.
All Potion orders are made to order and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

LOCAL DELIVERY
If you HAVE A POSTCODE OF 3222 on the Bellarine Peninsula, we will hand deliver your order. We offer free shipping Australia wide with any purchase of $65.00.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you accidently give us the wrong order details while ordering.
If you recieve your order and it is damaged please get in contact with us and we will discuss an exchange or refund.
