SHIPPING POLICY
Potion PLayground is located in VIC Australia and we are currently shipping to Australia and NZ. Shipping rates are based on standard Australia Post weight based rates.
All Potion orders are made to order and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

LOCAL DELIVERY
If you HAVE A POSTCODE OF 3222 on the Bellarine Peninsula, why not save on postage and select LOCAL delivery at the check out and you will receive free postage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival, if any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website. We can then organise an exchange or refund.
