Shipping policy

Potion Playground is located in VIC Australia and we currently ship Australia Wide; NZ and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are based on standard Australia Post weight based rates.

All Potion orders are made to order and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

LOCAL DELIVERY
If you have a postcode of, 3222 on the Bellarine Peninsula, VIC, we will hand deliver your order for free. Simply enter this postcode at checkout and you will not be charged. We offer free shipping Australia wide with any purchase over $150.00.
